Additionally Insured Certificate for public places

DescriptionAdditional insured certificate adds you or the place you will be having your rental added to our insurance for the day of your rental. Usually required by parks and forest preserve.  The customer is responsible for letting us know the names needed on the insurance as well as the address.  Either by contacting our office or in the customer comments before placing your order.  We need at least 48 hours notice to add this to our insurance.
